What Stood Out


  • For the first time anywhere in real estate, Meridian disrupted the traditional, bloated, expensive model of piecemeal content creation by replacing it with a 6 month or 1 year content subscription model for Compass luxury agents, dramatically lowering costs per video without sacrificing quality and actually improving content ROI by aligning it better with luxury agent marketing objectives.

  • For large teams of luxury agents at Compass seeking to expand content services to all of their agents, Meridian designed a groundbreaking, self-funded, internal content studio model that would finance itself as a rewards program, distributing costs across all agents in a way where agents with more sales volume acquired more content, at a lower cost.
